During his career he worked e.g. as Deputy Director of the Department of Security Policy and Crisis Management, as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Agriculture, as a Security Director in the National Heritage Institute or the Security Manager of Český Rozhlas (Czech Radio). Among his professional activities belonged the area of physical security, administrative security, personal protection, methodology of classified information and security policy, including the security of objects - a comprehensive security of listed entities.
