During his career, among work positions of Jiří Dolejš was e.g. Deputy Director of the Department of Security Policy and Crisis Management, and an advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Agriculture. He was involved in creating and implementing security strategies and plans of the Ministry, among his professional activities belonged the area of physical security, administrative security, personal protection, methodology of classified information and security policy, including the security of ministry buildings and workplaces.
